After agreeing on scope and signing a contract, I'll send you an invoice for 100% of my fee (due on receipt) which you'll pay into an escrow account.
Project kick-off
When you make the payment, we'll have a kickoff call to hash out the details of the project.
Briefs and outlines
I’ll send a content brief for you to fill out for each piece. Based on the information in the brief, I’ll meticulously craft an outline for each piece of content.
First draft
I’ll create the first draft with careful attention to detail and adherence to your brand voice and guidelines. This phase typically takes 5 - 10 business days, allowing ample time for in-depth research and thoughtful writing.
Edits and revisions
Once you have received the first draft, I welcome your feedback and suggestions for any necessary revisions. Then I’ll incorporate your feedback to refine and finalize the content to your satisfaction.
Publishing
Upon approval, I’ll publish the content right to your CMS if you’re on a plan with this feature.

What are your rates?
Blog posts start at $1000 (for up to ~ 1500 words) and go up based on depth and research requirements. Lead gen content starts at $1500 and is quoted case-by-case based on word count, depth, and research. This includes whitepapers, ebooks, guides, pillar content, and whatever else you like to call them. Case studies start at $850 and are quoted case by case based on format, depth, and interview processes. Note: I have a minimum engagement rate of $3000—if your budget is less than that, it’s probably not a fit.
